The SAH/SCC modern patrons program continues this Sunday, where we’ll have a very special opportunity to visit the Tufeld Residence (1953) and gardens in Studio City, designed by Gregory Ain and Garrett Ecko.
Completed in phases beginning in 1953 for Richard and Adrienne Tufeld and their growing family, the property has remained essentially unchanged for the span of over 60 years. Dick Tufeld was a very successful radio and television announcer.
In addition to experiencing the original combination of house and landscape, we’ll have the unique opportunity to meet the family and learn about the experience of growing up in the thoughtfully integrated house and garden environment.
This special afternoon is only open to Life or Patron level members.
